If you have a few minutes, I'd love a little feedback. I always appreciate your thoughts - I want this event to be the best it can be, and I'm certainly not perfect. So any feedback helps!

I really do take your feedback into consideration and value your time and energy to fill this out. The survey is only 12 questions, most of which are selection based.
