MAY Survey

Thank you so much for participating in the May 24th Making Local Market!

If you have a few minutes, I'd love a little feedback. I always appreciate your thoughts - I want this market to be the best it can be, and I'm certainly not perfect. So any feedback helps!

I really do take it into consideration and value your time and energy to fill this out. The survey is only about 11 questions, most of which are selection based. It's all optional except for your name and email, which is only so that I can take into consideration your product / category, etc. I will not share your answers - they're only for me!
